LGPC – Therapy for Kids, Teens (Columbia, MD)

$60 / 60-min session + Health, Dental, Vision + Private Office

We’re looking for two full-time LGPCs to join HoneyTree Therapy Center. Work with kids and teens, collaborate with families, and actually get to do therapy without sharing your office. Evening and after-school availability required.

• Licensed LGPC in Maryland

• Experience with kids/teens

• Professional, reliable, emotionally grounded

What You’ll Actually Do

• Provide therapy to kids and teens

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers

• Write treatment plans that actually help

• Document in TherapyNotes within 48 hours

• Keep communication clear and reliable

• Participate in supervision

• Uphold professional and ethical standards

• Grow your caseload to ~30 sessions per week

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s in Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• Active Maryland LGPC license

• Experience working with kids/teens

• Able to do in-person sessions in Columbia, MD

• Professional, culturally aware, open to feedback
