Pay: $51.00 per session

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual therapy to children and adolescents, focusing on their unique needs.

• Monitor, document, and assess client progress regularly.

• Create and update personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Comply with the ethical guidelines and standards of Maryland licensing boards and COMAR regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Valid Maryland LGPC license (LGSW applicants not eligible).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to therapy.

• Experience working with children and teens in therapeutic settings (both telehealth and in-person).

• Knowledge of evidence-based mental health practices.

• Ability to pass a background check and a Child Protective Services (CPS) check.
